PRIVACY NOTICE

Who we are: Iris Cyberica, LLC (“we,” “us”). This notice applies to On-demand AI inference and computing service. (the “Service”).

1) WHAT WE COLLECT
- Account: Email address.
- Technical: IP address and basic request metadata (e.g., timestamps, headers, errors).
- Usage: Model identifiers, token counts, credits used, and request status.
- Payments: Lightning invoice and transaction data needed for accounting.
- Request content: Prompts, system instructions, message history, tool data, and model outputs are processed transiently to fulfill each request. Syllogy does not store this content in its application database or operational metrics.

2) WHERE PROCESSING HAPPENS
- Default: Unless indicated otherwise, services run on our self-hosted infrastructure. We do not send personal or account data to external model providers.
- Exceptions: If a pass-through service is offered, the request content and parameters needed to fulfill that request are sent to the identified provider.

3) HOW WE USE DATA
We use account, technical, usage, and payment data to provide, secure, and maintain the Service; support users; prevent abuse or fraud; enforce our Terms; and comply with law. We do not use request content to train or fine-tune models.

4) SHARING
We do not share any identifying or account information with 3rd parties. We may disclose information if required by law or as part of a business transfer.

5) RETENTION
Request content is not retained by Syllogy after the request is completed. Account, technical, aggregate usage, and payment records may be retained for service operation, security, and legal or accounting requirements. You can request deletion by emailing syllogy@proton.me, subject to records we must keep by law.

6) SECURITY
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7) YOUR CHOICES
- Delete data: Use in‑product controls, API endpoints, or email syllogy@proton.me.
- Access: Where applicable law provides, you may request access to your data by contacting syllogy@proton.me.
- Communications: We may send essential transactional messages about your account or the Service.

8) CHANGES & CONTACT
